Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

Welcome to RedoxTesting.com.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RedoxTesting.com, including its educational content, Redox Testing Center directory, contact features, and related website services (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by Redox Diagnostics, Inc. (“Redox Diagnostics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

RedoxTesting.com is an educational and informational resource concerning redox biology, redox status, oxidative and reductive processes, and testing methods used to assess aspects of redox physiology.

The Site also provides a directory that allows visitors to identify locations that may offer redox testing.

The Site is not a medical practice and does not provide medical care.

Information available through the Site is intended for general educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute:

  • medical advice;
  • diagnosis;
  • treatment;
  • a treatment recommendation;
  • a prescription;
  • individualized clinical interpretation;
  • emergency medical assistance; or
  • a substitute for professional medical evaluation or care.

Use of the Site does not create a physician-patient, healthcare-provider-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Redox Diagnostics.

2. Medical Decisions

Information presented on RedoxTesting.com should not be used as the sole basis for a medical or health-related decision.

Do not start, stop, delay, or materially change medication, supplementation, diet, exercise, medical treatment, or another health intervention solely because of information presented on this Site or because of a redox-testing result.

Questions about your health, symptoms, medical conditions, laboratory findings, medications, or treatment should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Redox Testing Information

The Site may discuss testing methodologies including the d-ROMs test and PAT test and concepts such as oxidative load, antioxidant or reducing capacity, and redox status.

These measurements provide information about particular aspects of physiology. No individual measurement should be considered a complete assessment of a person's health.

Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise in applicable legally authorized labeling, information on this Site should not be understood to mean that a redox test, by itself:

  • diagnoses a particular disease or medical condition;
  • establishes the cause of symptoms;
  • predicts whether an individual will develop a disease;
  • determines whether a particular treatment is appropriate;
  • establishes the effectiveness of a medication, supplement, diet, exercise program, or other intervention; or
  • replaces established diagnostic tests, preventive screening, medical examination, or professional clinical judgment.

Test results may be affected by biological variation, medications, supplements, nutrition, physical activity, recent illness, metabolic status, specimen collection, analytical variation, and other factors.

4. Scientific and Educational Content

Redox biology is an active field of scientific investigation.

The Site may summarize or reference peer-reviewed publications, scientific studies, biological mechanisms, associations, clinical observations, or other scientific information.

References to scientific literature are provided for educational purposes and should be interpreted according to the design, population, methods, limitations, and conclusions of the underlying research.

An association reported in scientific research does not necessarily establish causation.

The existence of one or more scientific publications concerning a biomarker, testing methodology, physiological process, or health condition does not necessarily establish that every proposed use has been clinically validated or authorized for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, prognosis, or therapeutic decision-making.

Statements concerning the number of published scientific studies using or discussing particular methodologies describe the existence of published literature. Such statements should not be interpreted to mean that every publication independently establishes clinical utility, safety, effectiveness, or regulatory authorization for every possible use.

Scientific understanding evolves, and information on this Site may be revised as additional evidence becomes available.

5. Regulatory Status

Nothing on RedoxTesting.com should be interpreted as representing that any particular test, device, product, methodology, indication, or use has been approved, cleared, authorized, endorsed, certified, or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or another governmental authority unless that regulatory status is expressly and accurately stated.

Discussion of scientific research, biological mechanisms, professional use, or published literature does not itself establish regulatory authorization for a particular intended use.

Nothing on this Site expands or modifies the legally authorized intended use, labeling, instructions, or regulatory status of any regulated product.

6. Commercial Disclosure

RedoxTesting.com is owned and operated by Redox Diagnostics, Inc.

Redox Diagnostics supplies and/or distributes technologies associated with redox assessment, including technologies used with the d-ROMs and PAT testing methodologies.

Redox Diagnostics therefore has a commercial interest in promoting awareness of redox testing.

Visitors should consider this relationship when evaluating information presented on the Site.

7. Redox Testing Center Directory

The Redox Testing Center directory is provided as a convenience to help visitors identify locations that may offer redox testing.

A listing is informational and does not, by itself, constitute:

  • a medical referral;
  • an endorsement or recommendation of the practice;
  • certification or accreditation of the practice;
  • verification of the quality of medical care;
  • a guarantee concerning professional qualifications;
  • a guarantee that testing is currently available;
  • a guarantee concerning pricing or appointment availability; or
  • a guarantee concerning testing outcomes or interpretation.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, practices appearing in the directory are independently owned and operated.

Some listed practices may purchase, use, or otherwise have commercial relationships with Redox Diagnostics or suppliers of redox-testing technologies.

Each practice remains independently responsible for its own:

  • professional licensing and credentials;
  • clinical services;
  • medical judgment;
  • patient evaluation;
  • interpretation of test results;
  • staffing;
  • informed consent;
  • pricing and billing;
  • appointment availability;
  • privacy practices;
  • regulatory obligations; and
  • patient care.

Redox Diagnostics does not control the independent professional judgment of healthcare professionals or practices listed in the directory.

Visitors should contact a practice directly to confirm testing availability, pricing, services, credentials, appointment requirements, and other relevant information.

8. Testing Center Participation

Healthcare practices and other eligible locations may request participation in the RedoxTesting.com testing center directory.

By submitting information for a testing center listing, the person submitting the information represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the participating practice and that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Participating testing centers are independently owned and operated and remain solely responsible for their professional activities, including applicable licenses, permits, personnel, testing procedures, clinical services, professional judgment, interpretation of test results, patient communications, informed consent, privacy practices, billing, advertising, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Each participating testing center is responsible for determining whether and how redox testing may appropriately and lawfully be offered or used within its practice.

The term “Redox Testing Center” is a directory designation identifying a participating location that reports offering redox testing. Participation in the directory, use of the designation, or display of any associated RedoxTesting.com materials does not constitute certification, accreditation, licensure, medical endorsement, approval, or verification by Redox Diagnostics of the practice, its personnel, its clinical services, or the quality of care it provides.

Participating testing centers may not represent or imply that their participation in RedoxTesting.com constitutes certification, accreditation, endorsement, approval, or verification by Redox Diagnostics or RedoxTesting.com.

A participating testing center is responsible for notifying RedoxTesting.com of material changes to its directory information and for maintaining reasonably accurate and current information.

By participating, a testing center grants Redox Diagnostics permission to display information submitted or approved for public listing, which may include the practice name, business address, telephone number, website, logo, testing availability, and other directory information.

Redox Diagnostics reserves the right to correct, modify, suspend, decline, or remove a directory listing if information is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, incomplete, inconsistent with these Terms, or otherwise inappropriate for inclusion in the directory.

9. ZIP-Code Searches

The directory allows visitors to enter a five-digit ZIP code to identify testing centers in or near that geographic area.

ZIP codes are used solely to perform the requested directory search.

Redox Diagnostics does not store or retain ZIP codes entered into the directory as a history of an individual's searches, does not use those searches to create visitor profiles, and does not use directory-search activity for targeted advertising.

The directory does not request a street address or precise GPS location.

Submitting a ZIP-code search does not mean that you have received, requested, scheduled, or agreed to receive healthcare services from any listed practice.

10. Contact Form

The Site may provide a contact form for general informational or administrative inquiries.

The contact form is not intended for medical consultation.

Please do not submit:

  • laboratory or test results;
  • diagnoses;
  • symptoms;
  • medical histories;
  • medication information;
  • treatment information;
  • insurance information;
  • Social Security numbers; or
  • other sensitive medical or identifying information.

Submitting a general inquiry does not create a physician-patient or other professional relationship and does not guarantee a response within any particular period.

11. Medical Emergencies

RedoxTesting.com is not intended for emergency medical situations.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care immediately.

Do not rely on the Site, its contact form, or its directory for emergency assistance.

12. Procedure, Timing, and Availability Information

The Site may describe redox testing generally, including specimen collection methods or approximate time required to obtain results.

Actual procedures, specimen requirements, turnaround times, availability, fees, and services may vary by practice, circumstances, instrumentation, and applicable professional requirements.

Contact the individual testing center for information concerning its services.

13. Third-Party Websites and Resources

The Site may provide links to:

  • independent healthcare practices;
  • scientific publications;
  • governmental resources;
  • mapping services; or
  • other third-party websites.

These links are provided for informational or convenience purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not constitute endorsement of the third party or all information, products, or services offered by that party.

Third-party websites operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Redox Diagnostics is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

14. Privacy

Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how information is processed when you use the Site.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, text, graphics, layout, logos, trademarks, illustrations, software, database organization, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Redox Diagnostics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to Site systems;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • interfere with Site operation or security;
  • use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on its infrastructure;

  • use Site content in a manner that violates applicable law.

17. Accuracy and Availability

We seek to provide useful and accurate information, but scientific information, directory information, business information, regulatory requirements, and other content can change.

Redox Diagnostics does not warrant that every statement, directory listing, address, operating hour, service description, scientific reference, or other item will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We may correct, update, revise, suspend, or remove Site content at any time.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDOX DIAGNOSTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redox Diagnostics and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized use of Site content or directory information.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes concerning these Terms or the Site shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania or an applicable federal court.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's jurisdiction where those protections legally apply.

22. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. Changes to These Terms
