2. Information Processed Through the Site
The information processed depends on how you use the Site.
A. ZIP-Code Directory Searches
The Redox Testing Center directory allows visitors to enter a five-digit ZIP code to identify testing centers in the surrounding area.

- request precise GPS location for the directory search;
- associate ZIP-code searches with a visitor profile;

Consent
Where applicable law requires consent—for example, for certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies—we rely on consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before consent was withdrawn.
Legal Obligations
We may process information where necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation.
Establishment or Defense of Legal Claims
Where permitted by applicable law, information may be retained or processed where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

At Your Direction
We may disclose information where you specifically ask or authorize us to do so.
7. Independent Testing Centers
The Redox Testing Center directory identifies independently operated practices that may offer redox testing.
Redox Diagnostics does not automatically send your personal information to a testing center simply because you search for that center or because it appears in your search results.
If you choose to contact a listed practice, schedule an appointment, or provide information directly to that practice, the practice will process that information according to its own privacy policies and applicable law.
Redox Diagnostics is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated testing centers.
8. Advertising, Profiling, and Sale of Directory Information
Redox Diagnostics does not sell ZIP-code directory searches.
We do not use ZIP-code searches to create individualized health-interest profiles.
We do not use Redox Testing Center directory activity for targeted advertising.
We do not knowingly provide individual ZIP-code search activity to advertising platforms for their independent targeted-advertising purposes.
Information submitted through the general contact form is not sold for targeted advertising.
Where an applicable state privacy law defines “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” differently, we will honor applicable rights as required by that law.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where necessary for functions such as:
- basic website operation;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- user preferences;
- technical performance; or
- limited measurement of Site operation.
We do not use cookies to retain an individual's ZIP-code directory search history.
Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies require consent under applicable law, including where relevant in the European Economic Area, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent before using them.
Browser settings may allow you to restrict or delete cookies. Restricting technologies necessary for Site operation may affect functionality.
10. Data Retention
We follow a data-minimization approach.
ZIP-Code Searches
ZIP codes entered into the testing-center directory are not retained by Redox Diagnostics as an individual's search history after the directory search is performed.
Contact Inquiries
Information voluntarily submitted through a contact form or direct communication may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to the inquiry;
- maintain appropriate business correspondence;
- resolve disputes;
- protect legal rights; or
- satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Testing Center Information
Information associated with a participating testing center may be retained for as long as the listing remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary for administrative, legal, compliance, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
This retention does not change our treatment of ZIP codes entered by consumers solely to search for nearby testing centers. As described in this Privacy Policy, ZIP-code search information is not retained as personally identifiable search history.
Technical Information
Technical or security information, if generated by website infrastructure or service providers, is retained only for periods reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, operation, legal compliance, or other legitimate technical purposes, subject to applicable provider configurations and legal requirements.
When identifiable information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
No website, network, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
